A Location-Inventory Model for Casualty Response Planning in Crisis Situations

چکیده
در بحث امدادرسانی به مصدومان بلایای طبیعی و غیرطبیعی، هدف اصلی یک زنجیره این است که اقلام موردنیاز مانند آب مواد غذایی، دارویی، پناهگاه سایر ملزومات سریع‌ترین زمان ممکن دردسترس قرار بگیرد تا از تعداد مرگ‌ومیر ناشی وقوع بلایا حد امکان کاسته شود؛ بنابراین طراحی توسعه اجراییکردن می‌تواند نقش مهم بزرگی دست‌یافتن پاسخ مناسب ایفا کند. بارزترین تفاوت‌ها برخورد با ، غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی‌بودن تقاضا نظر زمان، مکان، نوع، مقیاس حجم آن است. دلایل دیگر پیچیدگی مدیریت چنین زنجیره‌هایی ناگهانی مقدار زیاد فرصت بسیار کوتاه برای تأمین وسیعی کالاها، کمبود منابع شامل نیروی امدادرسانی، فناوری مناسب، ظرفیت حمل‌ونقل، ضرورت به‌موقع میزان کافی بعد حادثه ریسک‌های موجود محیط پژوهش حاضر، مدل ریاضی مسئله مکان‌یابی ـ موجودی برنامه‌ریزی تلفات ارائه شده است؛ همچنین ازآنجاکه ارائه‌شده جزو مسائل Np-hard محسوب می‌شود، حل الگوریتم‌های فراابتکاری استفاده
